Stunning property with everything you need for a home away from home. So relaxing and comfy. The host was fantastic, easy check-in and check-out. Immaculately clean cottage with comfortable beds and towels. Great pub and convenience store located close by. Plenty of recommendations for dog walks and places to go.
Parking can be an issue if there are multiple cars. The cottage backs onto a busy main road, so there can be a lot of traffic noise, making it unenjoyable to be in the garden and disturbing sleep when the window is open.

The cottage was easy to find and had allocated parking available. It was beautifully presented with modern decor and had everything we needed. the owner was very helpful and provided useful local information. There was a local shop and pub nearby for convenience. the cottage had high-spec finishing and attention to detail throughout. the sofas were comfortable and there was plenty of lighting options. the amenities were excellent and the house had no grass in the garden, which was a bonus. the location allowed for easy access to Harrogate and Wetherby, and there was an old railway line nearby for morning runs.
The only issue was limited parking for multiple cars on the small street.

My stay at Castle Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The cottage itself was modern and beautifully presented, with impeccable cleanliness and comfortable beds. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive, making our stay a breeze. The location was great, with a local shop and pub nearby, as well as easy access to Harrogate and other attractions in the area. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with useful information and quick replies to our queries. I highly recommend Castle Cottage for anyone looking for a fantastic stay!
While the cottage was well-insulated and the traffic noise from the busy main road wasn't too audible, it did become noticeable when trying to enjoy the outside space. Additionally, the smaller size of the kitchen and living room was a bit challenging for the number of people the cottage accommodates.

The cottage was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. It had a homely feel and provided tea and coffee, as well as plenty of kitchenware and utensils. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was conveniently located near shops and a lovely pub with delicious food. The proximity to Wetherby and Harrogate was a great advantage, making it easy to explore the area.
That the cottage was located right next to a busy road, which made it noisy when spending time in the garden. The traffic noise also disturbed sleep when the windows were open, especially for those sensitive to noise.

We stayed at Castle Cottage for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The cottage is spacious and well-equipped with attractive decor. It's conveniently located for easy access to both Harrogate and Wetherby. We loved the nearby old railway line, which was perfect for our morning run. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with a lockbox at the front door. The cottage had all the modern amenities we needed, including a large TV and strong WiFi signal. The courtyard was quiet, and there's a nice pub just across the road. We also appreciated the friendly and efficient communication from Georgie, the owner.
Totally recommend this hotel.
